You have chosen to stay in a villa surrounded with the organic agriculture farm not the hotel in the city.

- 1. Check in / Check out time is at 12noon. Villa’s main gate will be locked @ 10PM. Kindly make other arrangements if you plan to be late.
- 2. NO pets allowed.
- 3. NO Room services.
- 4. There is no elevator( lift ). Most of the rooms on the 1st Floor accessible only by stairs.
- 5. NO SMOKING 🚭- FARMER’S VILLA is a Smoke-free Property. Smoking is allowed outside the villa only.
- 6. No Shoe 👟 – Home slippers provided.
- 7. Dining at G. Floor hall. Fixed Menu, Home Cooked Veg Meals, No Ala – Carte, No Special Orders.
Timing: Breakfast ( 0730AM – 1000AM ).
Dinner ( 0730PM – 0930PM).
Lunch (optional & chargeable {01PM – 02PM}. - 8. Hygiene – Kindly do not leave the bathroom in a messy condition. Remove hair etc. The same goes for your room. Room cleaning provided only on request and once ( before 12 noon) if you stay more than 02 nights.
- 9. Solar Geyser – Turn water tap to the LEFT and wait for the HOT water to flow after some times.
- 10. Luggage is not in our risk. Kindly carry your LUGGAGE to your room and vice versa.
- 11. Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room on additional payment.
- 12. Communication regarding your presence and absence - On a regular basis, when you leave the farm, it is vital for the hosts to know when to expect your return. Inform us about your travel plans as well.
- 13. Loud music or noises is prohibited as not to disturb the comfort of other guests.
- 14. Energy/Laundry - kindly be prudent when using it. Please do not take unduly long showers and switch off the lights / Fans / Air Conditioner/ Heater in your room when leaving your room. Laundry is chargeable.
- 15. Guests are required to provide Passport/Visa /Voter ID details at the time of Check In & fill up registration form & guest register as required by the Law.
- 16. Please hand over the room keys upon check –out
- 17. No Television in the room. WIFI is available as per telecom operator service.
- 18. GUIDED VILLAGE / FARM TOUR – Will be conducted ONCE on your arrival day or 2nd day ( not later than 12noon ). The rest of the days , you are free to roam near and around our farm.
- 19. The host family living in the same premise.
Shall you are not comfortable with our house rules, kindly do not proceed to reserve the rooms at our farmhouse.
